Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on vape or smoke products once they have left our facility.

As this is a manufacturer website, please note that we do not handle retail returns or exchanges directly. If you purchased our products through a wholesale company, distributor, or local retail shop, you must reach out to them directly regarding their specific return and exchange policies. Any decision to accept a return or offer an exchange is at the sole discretion of the distributor or retailer from whom the purchase was made.

To be eligible for a resolution regarding a manufacturing defect or shipping error on direct factory orders, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To report an issue, you can contact us at info@wtfvapes.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you did not purchase directly from wtfvapes.com, please contact your point of purchase for damage claims.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any smoke or vape products, including e-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, or glass. Other non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you have received a defective item from a direct order, please contact info@wtfvapes.com to discuss a replacement or store credit. For all other purchases, please contact your distributor.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your reported issue, and let you know if a refund or credit was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
